Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the Crow's Nest Resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the beachside location and spacious family bungalows with kitchens were fantastic. On the other hand, the dining experience lacked variety, and I faced issues with service during my stay. The value for money was decent, but the treatment I received left much to be desired.
Our stay at this resort had its highlights, particularly the warmth of the welcome and stunning views over the lagoon at sunset. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although we encountered some issues with the food quality and a few cleanliness concerns. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the staff's effort to make us feel at home was appreciated.
I had a mixed experience at Crows Nest. While the welcome was warm and the staff tried their best, especially Rafiq and the team, the overall service from the GM left much to be desired. The location offers beautiful views, but my stay was marred by a lack of appropriate room arrangements and some frustrating dining experiences. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied with my time here.
My experience at Crows Nest was a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. However, my dealings with the General Manager were quite frustrating and left a negative impression. While the staff provided a good service during my stay, the management issues overshadowed the positives. Overall, it felt like the place has potential, but significant improvements are needed in communication and service consistency.
My stay at Crows Nest had a mix of highlights and letdowns. The accommodations were pleasant, especially the clean villas, but I was frustrated with unexpected costs and some poor service experiences. While there were staff members who truly cared about our experience, the overall communication and organization, especially from management, left much to be desired.
